    Default visited counter

    Hello,
can I add a counter to my site? And then set the starting visitor number at whatever number I wish?

    Thanks, Keith.

Yes, you can add a counter.

Is your site a professional site? If so, I don't recommend one - isn't considered professional - mainly find them on personal sites now.

Whether you can set it to a different number would depend on the counter you use, I'm sure. But, if you are going to use one, why do you want to lie to your visitors? Just don't put one on at all and they'll have no clue if you've been around years or days.

Your cpanel has all the stats you need. Like Bethers said avoid counters.

I'm a newbie to to BV. Where do I check my visitor count stats on my Cpanel? At Subdomain stats? (I do not have a subdomain, just a domain).

When you signed up for BV, you should have got an email giving you all the information you need. There should be a section in the email saying "Control Panel & BlueVoda Publishing Details". you will find everything you need there.
    Hope that works!
