I have the problem that i get a time out when he try to open the site, i can not publish a new page, i can not log in the cpanel and i can not get any mails from my server. When i try to publish i get the error: Publish failed Internet Exception Error 12031 Details: The connection with the server has been reset. |

You might have blocked yourself from the servers, this happens sometimes for varous reasons (We have lots of security on the servers) please follow the below instructions... 1) Click Here to find out what your IP address is. 2) After you do the above, Click Here to submit a customer support ticket, provide us your IP address and your domain name and ask customer support ot run a server block check.
