pixelizedneo.com needs help! (coding error)

In my old hosting the code looked fine on the font size but when i make the font is viewed here on my site the font is huge! and i can change the font size to 1px and still doesnt change it lol can u help me?
My Code:

color: #000000;
font-size: 11px;
