Thread: unable to login support ticket..

Iam having issues with xcpanel and none of my stuff wants to install into the directories i create was told to put in a support ticket and when i did i typed in my email and password and it says invallid email or password and it is valid.

thanks had to go with option number 2 email.

You have to use the user name and password that you use in the forum not the ones you use for the cp.
