Thread: Publishing Pages - Taking Too Long

I am a new user and I'm currently creating pages that contain video files and what I would like to know is if I make a small update to the page just of the font or color of the font etc., is there anyway when I go to publish the page that it will not upload the movie file again that is already on the server?

As I hate whenever I just correcting misspelled word or something on the page and it must go through the process of uploading the whole movie file again.....

Any information or help would be greatly appreciated

change the "local" file to the url of the file on you web site that helps,( same as a link)
