My site contains video to be used by about 100 agents featuring approximately 1000 properties.
Will the bandwidth be sufficient and if not so what split should I look at for optimal operation?

You got 600 gigs to play with, that a lot of bandwidth...If there are
any issues, you will be the first to know...

The video on www.bluevoda.com gets played about 3000 times per day
and only use about 300 gigs per month.

Your best bet is to deliever your video in a streaming flash format.

1) Less bandwidth.
2) More enjoyable for the end viewer.
