Hi Tammy,
Try installing another browser like Mozilla Firefox and see whether your pages show up.
I hv experienced problems with IE before, i kept publishing my website the other time but it keeps shwing me the old one. I hv tried pressing F5 for refreshing until my finger gets numb but no use....ha-ha.

Clean your cache, cookies and history and try again.
