How can compress size of Video's?

I am trying to place some video's on my website, how do I compress them so they do not take forever to open. I have set up one on page http://www.myrmu.com/sport_health_fitness.html , this one is .4 mb and seems to open fairly quick but I have another I want add which is 26mb. The video's are wma format

I suggest offering them for download, you are hostage to the internet connection speed of your visitor, if your visitor is on a slow 56 kb dial up, there is NOTHING you can do.
