I am writing for Kathryn who is unable to access customer support & community service because email address (kathryn.pollard@optusnet.com.au) and or password are not validated. Kathryn (new paid up account member Id 11157, domain kathrynpollard.com) has not changed her email address and has received Order confirmation at that same address. As well, when I am attempting to connect to FTP the FTP admin username and/or Admin pass3word provided as FTP publishing details on order confirmation form produces a 504 authenticity.? Please advise |
