Yes view the source or properties in the email, (you may have to change a setting in your webmail to view headers) it should be in the header, and you will see the ip listed and then you could go and try to match up with your stats where it is from, but you could also check the ip address through this link.
http://www.arin.net/whois/ it will not tell you who, but will give you a basic area .....
