Thread: Lost All Account Details

I foolishly created my complete account by memory and since I set up the various user names and passwords I forgot all critera and then could not find any trace of any confirmation or welcome emails from Vodahost. I have since had many regarding web sites etc but cannot find any way of retrieving my original account details.

I cannot log into my Control Panel etc so my whole account is currently useless, please can someone help me with this issue?

Joined in August 2006 but cannot access any area? All I know is my email address used to login and finally worked out my password today!! HELP!

On the bottom left of the BV Web builder there is a tab that says customer support. Click on it and open a support ticket.
