Thread: Vodahost Renewal coming up december 2006

Hi,
very soon my current subscription (1 yr) will be up beginning of december.
In Voda Billing Services, NO WHERE BUT NO WHERE is a renewal option visible.

Could someone tell me how do I renew in advance?

I would hate to have my web-site "cut-off" all of a sudden simple because I forgot to renew.

BS, click on My sites, select your site from the table that appears, and on the left hand, bottom, Renew

sorry, but it's as clear as mud.

In MySites I see the presence of MyPackage and MyDomain in the table.


I bought an annual package which has status "on" and is plan-based.
My domain was NOT however bought with Vodahost.

If I wish to renew my package, there is simply no where to do so.
For the domain, when I click on renew (which is currently set to "no"), nothing happens.


My package is valid until the 12/12/2006. I have the distinct impression that on that date, I will simply be cut off.

I am not reassured at the moment. Would it be possible for someone to simply switch my package to "renewable".

No, you will not be cutoff. You will be emailded a notification. However, you can submit a support ticket to the sales department and ask them to renew your account now and send you the invoice.

Do not worry. You will be sent a invoice, you will not be cut off.
