Thread: Providing IM support to customers

(re: above request #2, my cleint ID is 878

I am now in a position to provide live support to the visitors to my site. I think that would be an added feature which hopefully would not be too disruptive to the day to day business.

Is anyone ekse using this? If so, which IM service do you use. There are quite a few. I haven't had much luck with Google Talk, and I still am a little "gun shy" with anything relating to AOL.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
