Thread: Problems loading Dolphin 5.4 using FTP manager

This just isn't going well.

I downloaded Dolphin 5.4 community Builder and unzipped the files to a folder. Then copied them into the FTP manager and uploaded. It seemed to take an age and then just stopped when the green line was only half accross the box. Sure enough when I checked the site http://121wholesale.com it hadn't loaded properly. So as to make it a smaller file to upload I then tried to upload the unzipped file containing the files. This seemed to load accross ok but no way of unzipping in public_html area.

When I posted the forum a little while ago to check Dolphin would be compatable with Vodahost you confirmed it was and that uploading through the FTP manager would be easy! I wish it was.

Please can you advise what I should do.

Some reason my password is being rejected when I put in details.

Put in www.vodahost.com - Server

My normal UN and PW

Un - ok Pw rejected.

You are suppose to put in your IP # address NOT the bove.

aye example 124.xxx.xxx.xxx then password that was sent to you by BV. my ftp ws ftp i have to use ftp://my numbers then password.
