Thread: Questions regarding JAlbum and blogs

Hello,

I had a couple questions; First, I would love to use JAlbum (http://support.vodahost.com/index.ph...itemid=7&nav=0) to create my image galleries, but for some reason, the download link isn't working. Does anyone know why? Is the product still available?

Second; I have to swear I saw a blog making program on the downloads page just yesterday. I was hoping to use it. Am I just going crazy? I was up until 2 a.m.... =)

There are about 4 or 5 blogs in c panel under Fantasico.

Hi Jessdrake..if you need any help with Jalbum..i'd be happy to help as I have used it several times. HEre's a short basic tutorial I created. IT still neds tweaking but should produce some basic asnwers if needed.

How did you integrate your Jalbum gallery into a page on your site. Your tutorial is great so shall try it this evening, but looks like it opens Jalbum on a new page? I may be wrong on this, but if you have a moment could you drop a line either way,

i put my jalbum in an i-frame on its own page http://www.movingon1.com/august2006.html or it is accessible from http://www.movingon1.com/trip.php "pictures from trip"

Hi Rob,

As Ann suggested create an IFRAME and in it link it to your uploaded album. eg. my album on my website is linked as http://www.beezworld.com/mytravels.html I created an IFRAME and linked it to my album which was uploaded to my VH server.

Also you can upload via JALBUM or Blue FTP ( this is easier sometimes as JALBUM takes forever).

Remember when you create your album...you give it the infomation as to what you want your link to be (#8 of the tutorial)
