Thread: publishing the page - password problem

Hi everyboby!
I'm new to VodaHost and already need some help.
I've spent some time making my page (about tours in New Zealand) but I just can't publish it.
It's been 24 hours since I paid for the registration and the domain:

www.nzbrtours.com

When I go to publish the page comes up this message: error 12014
(password error)

My client id# 11862

I would really apreciate some help as I wish to see my page working as soon as possible.

1) Your account is fully active.

2)A 12014 error is a password error. Be sure that
you are using the cPanel username and password
to publish your page. Also, be sure that you are
publishing to the correct IP address. Both of these
details were sent to you in an email when we
created your account.

I don't think I got an email with this information.

I got 2 emails only. The first one was saying that my registration was accepted with this info:

VBS USERNAME nzbr******.com VBS PASSWORD clibreri
the second one showed the same info + gave my id # ,which is 11862

I logged in to change the password (now I have a new one).
That's all i've manage to do so far.

forgot to ask you: which IP should I use?

You should have gotten a rather long welcome email with your cPanel username and password and IP, please check your bulk mail and spam folders sometimes email gets diverted, if still no joy. Please Click Here to submit a cusotmer support ticket requesting the data.
