Apache C-Panel WHM Server

When you try to access my site www.edgerydoo.com a page comes up about Apache Cpanel and WHM service and you cannot access the site. Any idea how to resolve this? So far for the month, my site has had 317 unique visitors and sales have been terrific. I noticed no visitors for the past 3 days and tried to bring the site up. It may have been like this for the past 3 days. Thank you

Can you access your site by putting in the full url of one of your other pages??
If not then I would put in a support ticket................

You could also try to re-publish your index page.

Thank you David. I tried to access the site with the full url but it came up with the 404 error code. The site is totally down. I put in a support ticket. Not sure what to do next.

I think it's just a waiting game now Marleen ... hopefully it won't take too too long to fix the server problem .....

Thank you. My account for some reason had to be reset and I had to reload all of my photos and republish. Back up and running, but all of the statistics are gone. No idea what happened. Thanks for all of the help.

Sometimes (many times) people mess with there accounts very badly, login to there control panel and start deleting stuff, etc...The only choice we have is a complete reset. It's the same thing as if you went to c://program files/windows on your pc and started deleting DLL files, the only thing that will fix it is a operating system reset.

I received an e-mail from the Support person and she told me that there was nothing that I did to cause it and that there was nothing that I could do to prevent it. That is the only explanation that I received. I have never gone in and deleted anything. Thankfully the site was only down for three days. I was very pleased with the support that I received on this matter. I have just now made it a point to go in daily and check that the site is running.
