Gold Flake File

Hi, I have unzipped some templates and changed my website. This one I have downloaded has a gold flake like snow.
Can somebody please advise me step by step what to do with this gold flake file so it falls like snow. And please bare in mind you are speaking to someone who is not too intelligent when it comes to computers. Just someone who can get by. Appreciate anyones help.

Ok, I have put them on site as where I purchased them from they said I need to upload them which i did but they are not moving, does anybody know why this is happening, thank you.

Perhaps you fixed them, they are moving now, but barely visible against your background ....
