Frame Borders

Do you want to frame the entire page or portions of the page - or pictures?

Guessing at what you want to frame - I'd suggest you use the shapes tool to create a shape to go around what you want. If it's a picture - you can frame it in it's properties box.

I have made a nice frame on the outside of my pages with tile templates but would like to put a gold line inbetween 2 of the frames ones to finish it off more and to give that definate frame look. Hope I am making sense here.

You'll want to use the shapes icon to do that if you want a vertical line- or if it's a horizontal line, you can simply use the line icon.

The shapes icon can do all kinds of things - play with it :)
