Thread: Having trouble publishing

I can't seem to get my website to publish. For starters when I click the publish button I don't know my IP server number. Then it tells you to put in your user name and password. Ok I did that. Then at the bottom it has a folder option. I left it as it was... public_html. It won't publish because it says: the request to connect and log onto the FTP server could not be completed because the supplied password is incorrect. How can it be incorrect if I can use it to sign on the vodahost website? Getting frustrated cause I want to put it up. If you can help thanks!

How can you login if it says your pass is incorrect? This is a bit of
a contridiction.

1)Do you have a VodaHost web hosting account?
2)Are you using the correct user & Pass?

if 1 & 2 are yes, please open a support ticket.

I have the same problem, but not with logen on..but i don't know how this IP works?!
i never saw that option on the video

You need a VodaHost account to publish. Please check your welcome
email for your IP Address. Chances are it is 70.86.138.226
