    File Upload
This provides a means for users to attach a file to the contents of the form.
The element is rendered as a text field and an associated button, though in some browsers it may appear differently.

    Description of the Properties:
Name: Enter an identifier for the field.
Note: This control is normally part of a form.

TNX but things are still a little vague
If it is part of a form where is the uploaded file placed in relation to web server file system?
If the form is a e-mail script how can the uploaded file be attached?

you'll have to do that yourself. Bluevoda only provides the standard HTML 'file upload' component, how you use it is up to you (just like all the other components)
