Hello,
Log on your BlueFTP with username, password and I.P address to connect. Find the file on your right and delete it.

Log in CP, go to File Manager>public_html> folder, find folder where you Ftp/publish. Click on the file and look on the Top-Right corner for more options like Delete, Edit....
