Thread: hyperlinking button

Hi I have published my first page and want to find it on the net but 'index of' comes up. Also my hyperlinking button is not active so I cant link pages

Your home page should not be called main page, it should be called index.

Is the page you are linking too published?

louise it's kind of hard for me to find my way around your site.

first, you have really beautiful pictures. but after you enter the site, there are a couple of things:

1. the page is too wide, causing side scrolling in order to read things. Make your page no wider than 800 (adjust in page properties) to accomodate everybody.
2. there is no header, so it almost looks like a miscellaneous page.
3. You have labels on the pictures, which is cool, but it might be easier if the labels were the links, and not the pictures - it can be a bit confusing. Also the pictures don't all link - one of them just blows the picture up bigger - doesn't have any description or text on the page at all.
4. About Us and view our houses don't work and the phone number and email page has no link to get back to your home page - nor does the surrounding area page.
5. Although you have a landing page, you don't seem to have a home page, unless I am missing something.

Having said all this, I like the general feel of the pages I have seen. THe colors are pretty, and I would love to see more photos of Crete, etc -It is such a lovely place.

Keep working on it, you'll get there.
P.S. Almost forgot, the page I think is your home page, the one with no header - it has no title, which you can correct in page properties.
