hi there very new to this and having problems with my site,published it last night but page's do not open up straight away the site is

just worked it out thanks for the reply,1 problem is though that you can not go back to the index page by clicking on the nav bar,any help would be great thanks Troy

It works fine for me to get back to your home page even if you call it Index on all manubars except the first one. I would change them to Home instead.
