How to change "Snap To Grid" snapping settings?

Hi.... How do I go about changing the "Snap To Grid" settings so it's not such Big snap to jumps??? I just haven't figure out how to adjust this tool...

Hi, Doug. I don't think this is adjustable. It's a pretty recent addition to BV so maybe it will be refined in a future version. You may already be aware but you can use your arrow keys to fine move objects.
