Thread: Need Advice

I have a website with vodahost and I have one with godaddy ... here is my dilemna ... i want to use bluevoda to build the website hosted by godaddy ... what are my options? Thanks guys

If the domain is at Godaddy- you can build with BV - just point the nameservers to VodaHost - IF you have a VH hosting account.

If you point the nameservers and put it as an add-on domain to your existing doman - you are ready to go.

i really appreciate the help beth ... however, I do not know what you mean when you say point the nameservers?? ... this is a brand new site and i'm assuming i can't transfer anything for 60 days ...

All domain names are sitting somewhere - and have nameservers associate with them. If you go into your Godaddy account - there will be an area to manage your domains. In that area will be an area for the nameservers.

When you got your VH account, you got a welcome email that told you what your nameservers are. You need to go in that area of Godaddy and change the nameservers to the ones VH gave you. If you have trouble - get the nameserver information and call Godaddy for help.

Beth -- i can't find the email vodahost sent me ... and they haven't answered my support ticket yet ... what should i do?

can i start building and just save my work and publish it later?
