Thread: Image problems

Hi *****,
It's inconsistent. I renamed all my pics and reinserted them, saved, published, all that jazz. And it worked! Then it didn't work!!
It worked for one night, then this morning I pulled up my site, and the pics were gone. A few were showing, so it's very inconsistent. What to do???

The main reason images do not show up when you publish or preview
a page are as follows…….

1) You copied and pasted the images from another page, file or folder.
2) You cut and pasted the images form another page, file or folder.
3)You added them to your web page incorrectly
4)You do not have the latest version of BlueVoda Installed.
5) You do not have the latest version of java in stalled on your computer?
6) Make sure your firewall is switched off when you are publishing.

If the your problem persists or is not covered in the above, please do the following....

A)Make sure you have the above steps 4 ,5 & 6 covered
B) Publish the problematic page or pages
C)open support ticket and give me....
aa)the url's of the problomatic pages
bb)your usrname and password

I will solve this problem ASAP.

Couple of questions first: Are the IP addresses the same for all of VodaHost customers? Do you mind if I post the IP addresses in the message?

No they are not. Its ok to use a IP as an example.

I will post contact ***** is that OK because i nkow in cpanel the IP is listed but, there are two and the other I remember you emailed me with.
