Password entry for invited viewers??

Hi... I would like to build a page where only those I invite can enter using a password. If you have any ideas about how to accomplish this... I would be grateful. Thanks Doug

Hi Doug.

What you would like to do is password protect a directory ... then you put what pages you build into that directory ... follow the link to the tutorial found in my signature for password protecting a directory ... it's pretty easy and it works real well ....

Hi.. It's easy enough to password protect a directory.. i.e..folder i.e.. addon domain... How does one password protect the public_html.. i.e... primary domain... Hummmm ... thanks Doug

Hi Doug,

please, do NOT pass protect your public html, as you have addon domains, and the protection would extend to ALL the folders, thus negating access to all of them.
