Thread: BlueFTP uploads

Hi.
A year or so ago i was given help on uploading a adobe form onto my site with fantastic results.
Now i have a new computer and have forgotten how to do it. Can i have some help again please.

Do i need to remove the form i have attached or can i just replace it?

I will need to know how to do this in detail as im only a humble carpenter.
