Installing a new site

I am a complete newbie. I don't know anything about scripts. But I have many sites already. I would like to learn how I can buy premade scripts and put them onto my domain name. I would also like to learn how I can use that same script multiple times.

Things I have:
domain names by *******
Hosting by http://www.cirtexhosting.com/ and 70.84.137.34:2082

Things I know how to do:
register a domain name
change the dns server

Any help would be greatly appreciated . Thanks
