I want to set up a sub domain and have done that with cpanel, there is a file in public_html but how do I now go about publishing a page on this sub domain. I am a newbie so please be gentle on me Thanks Malcolm my domain is www.hollytreebandb.com and my sub domain is www.golf.hollytreebandb.com can I publish a page on this sub domain?         |

If you have then all you would do is upload the files to the subdomain folder via a FTP program (uploading program) and hey presto. Just submit the index page of the subdomain file to the search engines and there you have it. Hope this helps

Just publish your pages to the new subdirectory/site like so: public_html/golf then your link would be: www.golf.hollytreebandb.com/newpagename.html
