Thread: Can I get some support here?

Hello,

I posted a thread and then opened a ticket to try to get some help on my ssl certifiate install. The ticket was responded to (finally) and now the support links in the emails won't take me to the reply. Here is what comes up on a blank screen:
Fatal error: in /home/voda/public_html/support/includes/functions.php on line 841

Is this something that is wrong on vodahost's side or is this a problem on my end? I'm not sure what to do, Please Help!

No there is nothing wrong on your side we just spent the last few days upgrading our support desk and we where working out the kinks.
