Thread: Webmail Help

Hi, Im new to BV and first let me tell you I love, it is awesome. Now my problem is I am trying to use the email that came with my site and the emial is coilban@coilband.com. well I have tried using all three of the webmail sites in the cpanel and all of them have the same problem. I can send emails but I can't recieve. I tried sending an email to Coilban@coilband.com from my email adress at home and the minute after I sent it a delivery failure notice came back. How can I fix this?

Try creating a new email address through the Control Panel and see if that works okay. If nothing else, it helps narrow down possible problems.
