Hi Voda, Am one of the persons enjoying the unbelievable features of BlueVoda. I have few questions: 1) Is my website content on my hosting servers taken back-ups? If yes in what frequency? If no, if I need to subscribe/register somewhere? Any additional cost for the same? 2) Are there "Disaster Recovery" servers. Like, if the server goes down will the website operate from the Recovery server. If yes, how will it take to switch to the new server? 3) Finally, how is the Virus/Spam protection done on the servers. If there is any link that I can refer for the answers for the above questions, will also help. Thanks. |

1) we do daily server backups. 2) we do weekly offsite backups of the backup servers (Disaster Recovery) 2.1) Our servers are in Texas, our offsite backup servers are in the UK. 3) Yes/Yes....Can not disclose. 4) VodaHost is not responsible for your data, if your data is your business and your business is your life, it would be very prudent on your part to have your own backups.
