Can anyone take a look and one of my pages and tell me what the problem maybe

Not a mojor problem, just one of those that bugs you and something I don't understand, so here goes.

On this page of my site http://www.anxietynomore.co.uk/food_and_anxiety.html
There is a gap in the list of foods to eat and not to eat. This is not there when I build the page, it seems to occur once published, any ideas?

I have tried a few things, but to no avail, probably something simple.

It might be to do with all those
&nbsp
that you have...............

Why not use a couple of 1 column tables for your two seperate lists instead.............just a thought my friend.

David thanks I will try that, in fact it may look a bit more professional. I have never been 100% happy with this page.

That was quick work............well done that man.

If you wanted the 2 lists to look the same as your originals
you could always use no borders and left align each cell of the table.....the choice, as always, is yours.

Far neater David, I never even thought of taking the borders away.

when browsing in Firefox.. your Foods to Eat header is crashing with the paragraph above it.

I will lower it, seems a lot of the site is off viewing in firefox, trouble is it leaves big gaps when I change it.
