How do i make a Forum?

I want to make a forum not a forum that sends you what someone wrote to you i mean the one i see on sites like this forum i want to make one just like this forum im talking in.

Also i just another problem, it occored just now when i create a hyperlink with my buttons i just keep getting a response "Cannot find MMChome.com please check the name and try again"

and just to make it clearer I saw the movie (yes)
but when im making a link with my buttons how does it work?
do for example:

my page name is MMChome
Or my save as thing name is MMChome

So when i type in the URL http://www.mmchome.com? as my homepage or did i do somethen wrong or do i have to publish it first?
