Thread: Form for Submission

Hi Everyone

I have created a form for people to complete and when they click submit I will receive their subscription. My problem is when they click the submit button a message appears warning them them their e-mail will be sent unlocked so people can read. Is there anyway of getting rid of this meaage as I think it puts people off. Also When they click on yes to send then another message says it's trying to send the message via microsoft but then it fails. Any idea how I can recify this as well.
