About LinkBacksI feel really dumb but can someone tell me what FTP stands for I need to put in the global setting my FTP username and password but I do not know what this is.

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol.
Your FTP username and password would have been emailed to you when you sign up, it is the same information you use to login to cPanel or to publish with Bluevoda
