Hi! Can I build my web site, then sign up for web hosting after it's completed?

Yes, you can build the entire site on your computer, and then when you are finished register for hosting publish to the webspace. But you can't publish with BlueVoda before you get VodaHost webhosting

Sure ... you can do this ... download the blue voda software, review the tutorials build your site, and then you can order the web hosting if you prefer to be able to publish your site ...

There is only one drawback doing it this way, and that is if you do not have a secured domain name. You need a domain name to apply the links, so unless you are certain of yours, it makes adding the links tricky ....
