Exclamation designing a site for someone else

I need help figuring out how to design a site for someone in the us. I am in canada. They would need to be the billed party but I would need to have the access to the site? Actually if we both had access that would be great. I already have an existing site here so if I go sign up for another one how will that work for the billing. Also how can I allow the other person to access the editing functions of the site?

    1. You can't let them edit the site if you made it with BlueVoad, they would have to go in the FTP and save all of them on to their computer.

    2. They would have to open BlueVoda and find all the images on the page because it won't be found because the current directory would be the old file name for example: D: My Documents/Web/bluevoda.bvp

    3. They can access their site when ever they want and same for you, all they need or all you need is their I.P, Log in and username and you can publish.

    4. Let them pay for the hosting, then ask for the log in information, you don't want the hastle of paying for their hosting, they can pay it yearly or subscribe.
    Best regards,

can I use their information to sign up from my computer? Then use her email address and she can tell me the log in information herself?

It's best to let who ever sign up themselves with an affiliate link, but do what ever you think is easier...
