Sorry to open an other thread but I couldn't find the one I opened earlier today. For almost 2 days now I can't see my site or any vodahost page. I've been in touch with the support team, but it hasn't been fixed so far. No need to tell how frustrating it is not to be able to work from your home computer. I can't even go on this forum. (I'm at an internet cafe at the moment). Something in VH sistem is blocking my home computer. - password is ok (have got new one and set it up, before the problem occur) - have also turned off and on the modem Nothing seems to work...if you guys have any idea. site: www.nzbrtours.com user name: clibreri Will be back on line (same internet cafe) in a couple of hours. Hi guys, Thanks. I know that you all can see it. Aparently it's a hard one this problem. I can't see my site from home. And I can't see anything related to vodahost. Nothing! I'm back at the internet cafe to see if I get some help from any one at the forum or from the support team. It's a big problem and I do need some urgent help on that. I do think that vodahost blocked my home computer some how. Will come back later.... Thanks,

You probably blocked yourself from the server, this can happen if you have too many failed login attempts, switch your modem and router off and on to get a new IP and you should be ok. Click the below.... http://www.vodahost.com/vodatalk/gen...d-my-self.html

Go to Your control panel and (left) click on Network and Internet Connections Then (left) Click On Network Connections Then (right) Click On Local Area Connections Select Properties From the Menu Choice Window that open should read Local Area Connection Properties Select "General Tab" if it isn't already selected In the scroll down box these Items should have a check in the select boxes, Client for Microsoft Networks File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks QoS Packet Scheduler Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Highlight ""Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)"" and Click Properties on This One <<General Tab>> Obtain an IP address automatically [Radio Button] should be Selected. Obtain DNS server address atomatically [Radio Button] should be Selected. <<Aternate Configuration>> Automatic private IP address [Radio Button] should be Selected. <<<<This One Should Not Be CHecked >>> Microsoft TCP/IP version 6 If this is checked and has an IP or DNS server address it sending your request else-where. Hope This was usefull. |

Hi bobs-pcmall, This is the first thing I'm doing after 3 days without being able to see may page on line, log on cpanel and see any VH pages: coming here to say a BIG THANK YOU to you bods-pcmall. After more than 10 emails between the support team and me (and no solution), you have managed to solve the problem! The support team was very helpful indeed, but the solution was the same as the one that 'vodahost' post on this thread. Therefore I strongly recommend that 'vodahost' keep your post somewhere to help other people in case this happens with someone else. Thank you all,
