Thread: Can not open my files...

Hi everyone,

I've just had my 3rd account...It is on the IP 75.126.169.142. When I tried to publish my new site's new pages I couldn't see this IP no. Although I have the latest version of BV, I re-downloaded it again to have that IP... Before that I backed up my files, pages including the other 2 sites works just in case of any problem.
But now, when I click the BV icon on my desktop, and try to open An Existing Page like the pages I had backed up, it doesnt work and the BV program is shut down automatically... I tried to move my backed up files and pages to the BlueVoda Folder in My Documents where the installation created itself, but I came across the same problem.
So, what should I do? As I can not open my older files/pages of my other sites, have I lost all of them? First 2 of my sites are on the air now, but what if I want to change/upgrade them? Do I need to create them all? Please say NO and find me a way to recover.

And I've had the second problem... I know realised that when I tried to publish a page to my new domain, I still can not see the 75.126.169.142 IP although everything is the latest version. So can someone tell me where did I go wrong?

Is it for the domain found in your signature.

I notice you are on Voda 8 ns servers 13 & 14

I would download BV againwww.bluevoda.com/bv.zip

And once you can open the icon of blue voda from your desktop you should be able to go in an open your .bvp files you have created.

On the opening of the BV files. Have you tried shutting down BV & then clicking on the file and select open with.

No... It is for my latest site ulusalolusum.org and what about the problem of not opening the files on my computer, any idea?

this is the setup information... But I can't find it at dropdown menu for the IPs when I want to publish. So??

Please submit a support ticket and they will resolve your issue ...

Yes, it seems there is no such an Ip on Vodahost. But it is in my setup information mail. I am really confused :)

So Did they put my account to the server that never exists or have I got a Dedicated IP bonus? lollll
Still having the problems and cant do anything... I sent a ticket for the problems and waiting... I am sure the IP problem will be solved but what about cant opening the files and pages??

I could't get you sorry... It seems the latest IP is 141 but I've got the setup mail saying my Ip is 75.126.169.142...
