Thread: Log in help.

I just sign up with voda host account about a week ago. but i didn't recieve a wellcome letter yet. they just sent me a username and password. so i didnt know how to log on the control panel. Do i need an ip address to log on. Please help me. thank you.

Please check you spam and junk mail folders for your welcome email. If you have signed up for a paid hosting account, one will have been sent to you. If you cannot locate it - please submit a support ticket and request that they forward the email again.
