Is it best to resize and save images before putting onto page and resizing then?

Will resizing first mean image will load faster?

Hi, Yes & yes.
If you resize, you will be saving as a different name. So these images will have to be re-entered onto the page. Wile you are doing this! It’s a good opportunity to makes sure the images are name correctly & have good alt tags. Have a look at the link below on Images/photos.

Hi... Yes your pictures will load faster if you resize them before you placing them on your web page...Doug
