Thread: Help Please!

I just finished building the initial pages of my Web Site and am trying to publish them for viewing on the Web, However, It's not working..
I've successfully published it according to BlueVoda, entered pass, correct IP, name, everything, and yet when i attempt to open the main page on the internet by typing the URL.. nothing happens, It can't find it.

I'm not sure if there's some crucial step i missed, assigning a URL or something, but if anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. : URL is supposed to be www.animaleyejax.com Yet i can't get the home page published...

Have you saved and publish your home page as 'index', lower case no spaces? If not how did you publish it exactly?

Have you signed up with voda hosting and registered your domain?

If so, when? and have you received a confirmation email with your passwords, and more from VodaHost meaning your account has been activated??

To the second response: Yes I've got all that, that's why it let me "Publish", the problem is with the way it published it..


To the first response: I'm not sure what happened.. it eventually did publish it just took a day to i guess register with the Web or something, but now when i type in the website, it goes directly to an index/directory and not the home page.. I really would not like people to go to a directory.. They should be going to the home page.. Help please?
