Thread: New and need login help??

I have just received my login info email with all my passwords and such. I've been trying to figure out how to get started. I want to login to the control panel but the dns server name and ip address they have sant me do not match: ns1.voda16.com is there but the correct ip number is missing. I have the latest version installed 9.1. but no matching ip. Would some walk me through the first steps needed to get going. There's a lot of id's, passwords, and info in the email. I'm not sure what to use where? My client id number is:
15944. This is the info in my email.. The ip numbers are not on the updated list??

I've tried using the new user id and new user password to login at the cpanel login page, but nothing is working. Am I using the correct username and id in the correct place?

I've done that 3 times!! It's still not listed. I'm instructed through the login info you all have sent me that:

ns1.voda16.com 75.126.249.184 ns2.voda16.com 75.126.249.185
is the primary name server to use. I click the login at Voda.16.com to sign in.. I enter the username and password you sent me.. nothing!!

.184 and .185 are not the address listed from your page..
