    Default linking & naming pages

I watched the tutorials and I think that I have it, but I wanted to run it past a pro first.

My website will have four pages:

    www.domainenamehere/page1
    www.domainnamehere/page2
    www.domainnamehere/page3

Is that the proper way to write the pages, will they be properly interpreted online?

    and

My first page will have links to the subsequent 3 pages. They will be text links that are written to go to www.domainnamehere/page1 etc. Is that the proper way to link?

Thanks in advance for your time and help.

Just do it as instructed in the tutorials and you will be ok.

    Bluesdaddi:

If you name your pages pageone, pagetwo etc.,. you will lose the ability of others to find you based on a search. I have had unexpected hits because people searched for a specific item and my website showed up. For a more in-depth look at this please see the tutorial "How to Name Your Pages."

You should follow the tutorials but you might also considering naming your pages something of relevancy ... something that reflects what the page is about ...

the way in which your write you pages is as follows

    http://www.yourdomainname.com/nameofpage.html

you name, save and publish your page as the same name ...

in the page properties, you can also give your page a title - this can be different and a little more descriptive than naming your page ..

You use the full url (as above) when linking your pages together ... but simply name the page, all small letters, no spaces when you are naming, saving and publishing .. Blue voda automatically adds .html to the end of your page name when publishing ...
