About LinkBacksIve upload a web site created by some software other then blue voda, to the public_html folder using the blueftp.....now I see the folder in the public_html. So now what do i do to get a web site on the net from there?

You want the website files to be directly in the public_html folder (for instance public_html/index.html). If you just uploaded the entire folder (public_html/website/index.html), you would have to type in www.yourdomain.com/website/.
