Thread: Confusion

Is there a link to the control panel?
I am guessing that my username is the same as my e-mail address but I can't log in to the support page.
I want my domain transferred but is it going to get done? I have to do nothing?
Now that I finally went to BV and can't get in, I am worried.
Will I get an e-mail or something ?

How long ago did you sign up?
You should be getting an email that will give you your username and password (it will not be your email address), and which IP address to use. Then you'll be able to access the site, including the Control Panel. There will be a tab at the bottom of your BV screen to click on to access control panel, the forum, support, etc.
I don't actually remember how my domain was transferred :( but I think I had help with it from BV...Maybe someone else can answer that one better for you....
