Thread: How to renew Vodahost?

Hi,

May I enquire how do I renew my Vodahost and IP name??

I was shocked to see that my website was somehow terminated showing another website hosted by whois.

Anyone pls kindly advise, I have not received any renewal email at all.

Just wondering how come I didn't received any renewal notification..hmmm.

me too! i didnt receive about my domain and got expired. I thought that you guys have an automatic renew on our acoounts and so i just read it and just said aww ok i'll just pay that. I diddnt know that you have to manually pay it in the billing and now my domain name is being use by someone and whenevr i tried paying the domain now there is an error:

An error has occurred and your order cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.

Can you help on us this issuescause i dont think im the only one having trouble like this, i already sent lots of tickets and didnt hear any reply from the support. Thanks
